An unlikely trio of organizations banded together to create a unique spectacle that took everyone by surprise at the annual D’LECTRICITY nighttime festival in downtown Detroit. This short documentary tells the story of that performance, the Hyperinteractive Hip Hop Carnival, and the unexpected surprises of pulling it off.
